"Wounds Of Awakening is a deep journey through the resonating caverns of one's inmost self. Audio alchemists Utu Lautturi and Mahr draw beauty from decadence, creating a unique blend of darkness and glory. Exquisite sound design meets heavy drones, pools of melancholy flow into oceans of vibrant static. Merging traditional doom and black metal instrumentation with experimental composition, the album offers a rich palette of introspective soundscapes.
